Around the Villa Antoine

There is the city

Le Pradet is a small town with village atmosphere with its weekly Provençal market and tourist sites such as the Cap Garonne mine. A little cool in summer!

Many quality stores are at your disposal, including a local fish shop. You can also visit the local farmers to buy the fruits and vegetables they have produced with love.

Toulon is well known for its military harbor that you can either visit partly or watch from the cable car that rides to Mount Faron.

There is also rugby with the Mayol stadium located in the city center and many museums such as the Marine Museum.

You will enjoy many festivities throughout the year. You can drive there or ride local buses. The bus stop is near the villa.

There are islands

A few nautical miles away, you will find the Golden Isles: Porquerolles and Port Cros. You can take the sea shuttles departing from Toulon, Giens and Hyères to spend the day on the islands.

There is the sea

You will find many nearby beaches, as well as the one in Le Pradet. For example, those of Toulon le Mourillon, Carqueiranne, Hyères La Capte, La Londe, and if you drive a little further Le Lavandou.

Water activities are available in front of the house with the nautical club, sea canoe-kayak rentals, windsurfing and kite surfing at the Almanare beach.

There are rides

If you like walking, trails are located all around the villa or in the surrounding hills.

By car, you can drive along the Var coastline and go to the fort de Brégançon, state property where French President sometimes stays in the summer. You may go to Bormes-les- Mimosas, then drive through the massif des Maures to reach Saint Tropez.

If you are a wine lover, you can stop in one of the many wineries.
